Gamma-COVID vaccine may hit the market by September, with Corona’s first vaccine made in Russia / University of Moscow leading the way in completing all trials
Moscow :Russia’s Sechinov University claims that it is going to the forefront of producing the world’s first corona vaccine. It is named Gam-COVID-Vac Lyo. According to the university, the vaccine trial on humans has been successful.
Alexander Lukashev, director of Sechnov University’s Institute of Medical Parasitology Tropical and Vector-Born Diseases, says, “Our aim was to successfully produce the vaccine of Covid-19 to protect humans.” According to Alexander, the vaccine has been tested for safety. It is expected that if all the permission is received then it will be available in the market by September.
Claim- It will increase immunity in the long run:
“The first and second vaccine trials have been completed,” said Alexander Gintzberg, director of the Gamely Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, which designed the vaccine. It will increase the immunity of the body to fight the virus and keep it for a long time. Alexander Gintesburg claims that there is a guarantee that the vaccine will protect Corona for the next two years.
Russia’s Ministry of Defense is also helping:
According to Vadim Tarasov, director of the Institute for Translational Medicine and Biotechnology, the Gamely Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology has produced vaccines that have been successful in trials. According to the Russian news agency TASS, the first phase of the trial started from 18 with 18 volunteers attending. At the same time, the second phase of the trial started on June 23, in which 20 volunteers were given the vaccine.
According to Russia’s Ministry of Defense, two groups of volunteers have been included in the vaccine and the trial will end on July 15. A second part of the vaccine will be injected into the second group volunteers on 13 July. Who will give them immunity for a long time. According to the Ministry of Defense, the first group of 50-person trials consisted mostly of servicemen. Apart from this, 5 women and 10 health workers were also placed in this group. The other group included the citizens of the city.
Russia made Covid-19 drug ‘Coronavir’:
Recently, Russia-based pharmaceutical company R-Farm also developed a new drug for the treatment of Covid-19. The new antiviral drug is named coronavir. After the clinical trial, the drug was allowed to treat patients with Covid-19. The company claims that this drug works better on Corona patients. Coronavir inhibits virus replication (increasing virus count).

The company claims that ‘coronavir’ is the first such drug in the country which is solely for the treatment of Covid-19 patients. Corona cases are increasing worldwide but the root cause of the problem is the virus. In infected patients, this drug prevents the number of corona from increasing.
55 percent improvement seen:
According to the Russian pharma company R-Farm, Covid-19 patients taking coronavir and other therapeutic drugs during clinical trials were compared. The report revealed that 55 percent more improvement was observed in patients taking the new medicine compared to other medicines and therapies. The company claims that this claim targets the disease rather than focusing on the symptoms of Covid-19. The difference was understood after 14 days of giving this medicine to patients. A clinical trial revealed that 77.5 percent of patients did not receive a coronavirus on the fifth day of giving coronavir.
